PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a master batch for sealing agents of semiconductor devices without coagulation of colorants. SOLUTION: This method for producing the master batch is, in a disperser equipped with a device having an agitation blade for heating and dispersing a material to be dispersed by using a medium and a device for heating and filtering the dispersed material, to use the medium having 0.1-4.0 mm particle size, heat melt and disperse a filler containing a phenol resin, black titanium oxide and the colorant under a condition of 50-250 deg.C and >=1.6 m/sec peripheral speed of the agitation blade and disperse the filler in the phenol resin in <=10μm particle size. |
