PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive sheet having a sheetlike structural reinforcing material enhancing structure holdability and equipped with required piercing parts used therein and holding the reinforcing material from above and below by predetermined elastic members containing a conductive agent to physically and electrically connect the upper and lower elastic members through the piercing parts and together having sufficient sealability and physical strength, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The conductive sheet comprises the sheetlike elastic members 12 containing the conductive agent 20 and the sheetlike structural reinforcing material 14 provided with a large number of piercing parts 16 and longitudinally extended in a state held from above and below by the sheetlike elastic members 12. The sheetlike elastic members 12 positioned on the upper and rear surfaces of the sheetlike structural reinforcing material 14 are physically and electrically connected through the piercing parts 16.
