PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce following errors with respect to a set speed in a printing unit. SOLUTION: This printing unit comprises a rate controlling part 5 for having a calculation process out of the error between a speed profile signal with respect to a recording head 2 and a recording head moving speed signal for generating a command acceleration signal, and an acceleration controlling part 8 for generating a motor driving voltage according to the error between the command acceleration signal and a current detection signal of a motor 1 for driving the recording head, for executing speed feedback control for having the recording head moving speed follow the speed profile signal by controlling the motor rotation speed by the driving voltage as well as executing acceleration feed forward control for producing a command current signal by a calculation process by adding the command acceleration signal and an acceleration feed forward signal obtained by a filter process to the acceleration profile signal obtained from the speed profile signal in the acceleration controlling part 8 so as to execute acceleration feed forward control for generating a motor driving voltage according to the error with respect to a motor current detection signal. |
