<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the slidability characteristic between a swash plate and a shoe of a swash plate compressor comprising the swash plate, a piston and the shoe disposed between the swash plate and the piston by improving the anti-seizure performance, etc., of the swash plate to the shoe. SOLUTION: A lubricant coat 166 including a solid lubricant is attached to a sliding surface 14 of the swash plate 60 made of an iron material, and the soft nitriding treatment is applied to a sliding surface 138 of the shoe 76 made of the iron material. Even if the lubricant coat 166 with relatively low strength is worn out, seizure of the shoe 76 to the swash plate 60 can be effectively prevented or inhibited by the action of a compound layer 152 formed on the sliding surface 138 of the shoe 76 by the nitriding treatment.</p> |
