PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a conventional problem that since an operation of putting clothing into a fastener bag for a sale is manually done, adverse influences are on a production cost of the clothing itself, production efficiency or the like. SOLUTION: When clothing W is put on an article holding table 2, a bag P is taken out onto a setting table 6. A mouth of the bag P is opened, and the table 2 is inserted together with the clothing W into the bag P.
