PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fastening structure having no problem such as dynamic or static damage caused by broken or damaged soft resin depending on the rigidity of metal when a metal object and resin object used to be fastened each other, regarding the fastening structure between a rigid material (metal) and soft material (resin material and the like). SOLUTION: Upon fastening a metal material and non-metal material made of a soft material, the non-metal material makes a member having approximate 0.5 of Poisson's ratio fastened in the metal material via a metal material with high rigidity in the fastening structure.
