PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing member for a concrete building capable of easily and securely joining hardware to be fixed and a reinforcing bar mutually and allowing the confirmation of its reliability before arranging it in the concrete building. SOLUTION: This reinforcing member 10 is constituted in such a way that the reinforcing bar 12 and the hardware 11 to be fixed are brought into frictional pressure-contact and a communicating hole 11C extending up to a frictional pressure contact section is formed in the hardware to be fixed.
