HIGH GLOSS PAINT COMPOSITION AND PAINTED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high gloss paint composition giving a painted film having no danger of pealing even in the case where the content of a high gloss paint is increased in order to improve design, and having excellent adhesivity and design, and to provide a painted product. SOLUTION: The high gloss paint composition contains 1-10 wt.% of a bismuth-containing bright paint and 0.1-10 wt.% of a cationic compound. The cationic compound is preferably an alkylolamine salt of a carboxylic acid ester. It is preferable that the composition further contains an ultraviolet absorbing agent and a hindered amine-based photostabilizer. The ultraviolet absorbing agent is preferably a benzophenone compound. The painted product has a topcoat layer consisting of a clear paint formed on a base coat layer consisting of the high gloss paint composition.
