PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleanser composition having good foamability and the resulting foam quality and high cleansing power, free from any creaky feeling and tense feeling of the skin when rinsed, and affording refreshing skin touch feeling after washed off. SOLUTION: This cleanser composition contains (A) oolong tea extract and (B) at least one ingredient selected from the group consisting of peptides, proteins and derivatives thereof obtained respectively from either silk, shellfish or plant.
