<p>The invention concerns a method for detecting at a solid support (3) complexing or hybridization between at least two molecules (8 and 9), one of the molecules being initially fixed on the support (3), called identifying molecule (8), and the other being in solution in a liquid sample (2), called target molecule (9). The invention also concerns a solid support for detecting complexing or hybridization between at least two different molecules, a biochip incorporating such a support and the use of said biochip in a diagnostic test. The method consists in: using a chemical or biological element (10), specifically bound to the formed complex or hybrid; exciting said complex or said hybrid, so that the chemical or biological element (10) releases a light signal (11); receiving the light signal (11) and transforming same into a chemical signal (15) at said support (3); and detecting an electric signal (12), derived from the chemical signal (15). The invention is particularly applicable in the field of diagnosis.</p> |
