<p>A cosmetic which comprises a powder having a base material and, formed thereon in the following order, a metal film and a metal oxide film. The powder exhibits brilliance, which is inherent in a metal film, and also is markedly reduced in the elution of a metal ion. Accordingly, the cosmetic is less susceptible to discoloration or deterioration and almost free from problems associated with the allergy by a metal.</p> |
