The invention relates to an administration device comprising: a) a housing ( 1, 3, 11) having a reservoir (2) for the product, b) an output device (4) which performs a distributing movement in a direction of advancement along a translation axis (L) in order to distribute the product dose, c) a drive device (12; 32) which performs the distributing movement, d) a dosing adjustment member (9; 39) which is coupled to the output device (4) in such a way that it causes a rotating dosing movement carried out by the dosing adjusting member (9; 39) and the output device (4) other along the translati on axis (L) in relation to each other, an axially translatory dosing movement o f the dosing adjusting member (9; 39) relative to the output device (4) and th e housing (1, 3, 11), e) a translation stop (3c, 12c; 3c, 11c) is arranged in an axial manner opposite the dosing adjustment member (9; 39) in an axial terminal position, f) and an anti-rotation security element (8h/9h, 12i/9i; 3h/39h, 11i/39i) which allows a rotary dosing movement in a first rotating direction in the terminal position and blocks said movement in the other, second rotating direction, in order to prevent the dosing adjusting member ( 9; 39) from being pressed by means of the rotatory dosing movement in an axial manner against the translation stop (3c, 12c; 3c, 11c).
