<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower mounting accuracy by simplifying a mounting structure of a rotary joint, to reduce the weight of the whole, to improve sealing efficiency of a sealing part, and to reduce sliding resistance. SOLUTION: Respective mechanical seals 10 having different diameters are arranged in a space 3 between a main body and a rotor to provide a clearance working as a third passage 14 to a radial direction. A first passage and a second passage at the both sides are communicated with each other through the third passage.</p> |
