PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amorphous perfluorinated copolymer having substantially no unstable polar end-group, polymer Tg of >=-120 deg.C and a narrow distribution of the monomer composition. SOLUTION: The amorphous perfluorinated copolymer is composed of a cycloperfluorinated unit derived from at least two different perfluorinated comonomers and optionally a unit derived from a perfluorinated monomer (perfluoroolefin) containing at least one olefinic unsaturation, or is composed of a cycloperfluorinated unit and a unit derived from a perfluorinated monomer containing at least one olefinic unsaturation.
