PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for inkjet recording, having good long-lasting preservability, and excellent properties for diagnosing an image, and further to provide a method for recording the image by using the ink. SOLUTION: This ink for inkjet recording comprises a black pigment, a water-soluble resin and an aqueous medium, and further contains a buffer liquid. The concentration of a water-compatible organic solvent having >=150 deg.C boiling point under 101.3 kPa pressure and liquid under the condition of 101.3 kPa and 23 deg.C is 1-5 wt.%. |
