PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for injection molding for manufacturing a filter cassette with the capability of avoiding an excess injection and certainly separating a filter receiving space from a cavity for molding a plastic frame. SOLUTION: This mold (30) for injection molding purports the manufacture of the plastic frame for a filter cassette by injecting a plastic to the edge part side, in the longer direction, of a filter material (3) folded in a zigzag fashion and covering the edge part side 3 with the plastic. Each of the mold halves of the mold (30) for injection molding has a wave-shaped clamp part (31) which clamps the filter material (3) in the longer direction and separates a receiving space for the filter material (3) and a molding cavity for molding the plastic from each other. When the mold (30) is closed, the gap size (7 and 17) between the mold halves (1 and 2) forming an arc-shaped region (32) on the upper side and/or the lower side of the filter material (3), is smaller or larger than the gap size (8) between the mold halves (1 and 2) forming an inclined region (11) of the filter material (3). |
