PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time signal measuring apparatus for measuring the jitters of a BI-PHASE signal by inputting a wobble signal i.e., an ATIP(absolute time in pregroove) signal directly. SOLUTION: This is a time signal measuring apparatus characterized in that it is provided with an FM demodulating circuit for a wobble signal, and a jitter measuring circuit for measuring the jitters of a BI-PHASE signal outputted from this FM demodulating circuit.
