PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the degree of freedom of an oil cooler 2 in the penetrating direction of a pipe 3 and to enhance the fixing strength of the oil cooler 2 in an aluminum radiator tank incorporating the oil cooler 2. SOLUTION: The oil cooler 2 has one outer surface from which an oil introducing pipe 3 is projecting and the other outer surface provided with a fixing face 4. The fixing face 4 of the oil cooler 2 is secured to the first flat surface 5 of the tank 1 and the pipe 3 is introduced into the tank 1 thence to the outside while penetrating the inner surface of the tank other than the flat surface 5 of the tank 1.
