PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble and disassemble a structure without the need for being conscious of directions of a flat portion in assembling the structure, and also facilitate the positioning of the flat portion when the flat portion is installed at two orthogonal places on an outer wall of a pipe, when the flat portion is required at a part of the structure in which the round shaped pipe with a designated diameter is connected by a coupling. SOLUTION: A top portion 1 has a flat smooth surface 11, and an arc surface 21 of a flat member A for a structural material in which a bottom portion 2 is formed as the arc surface 21 along the outer wall of the pipe B is installed at a side face of the pipe B. By forming a wide width portion 12 making an end of the flat smooth surface 11 widely extended, a step portion 13 equal to the thickness of the wide width portion 12 is formed at other end, and an angle provided by both end faces 22 and 23 of the arc surface 21 is set as a right angle viewing from the center of the pipe B. Further, a groove 14 allover a full length from the flat smooth surface 11 of the top portion and the wide width portion 12 is formed, and the width of the arc surface 21 of the bottom portion 2 is equal to a dimension obtained by dividing an outer periphery of the pipe B into quarters.
