PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform a phase unwrapping processing operation even when the number of pixels of an image sensor is increased and to analyze a phase state at high speed and stably, in a method in which an unwrapping route on a coordinate system is found so as to execute an unwrapping processing operation to a wrapped phase distribution obtained on the coordinate system in a fringe image analytical method. SOLUTION: From a starting-point pixel C0 on the coordinate system 10, routes P corresponding to the larger order of a modulation product between pixels are selected sequentially as unwrapping routes. A newly calculated modulation product is magnitude-compared with a modulation product stored in the master list 22 of respective order blocks 26, the order blocks 26 to be stored are selected, they are magnitude-compared with the modulation product stored in each slave list 24 inside the selected order blocks 26, and their order is judged so as to be stored in a new slave list 24n which is set in the order. When new data is stored, order data or the like is updated.
