PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily or a water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic having high safety, exhibiting sufficiently high stability to light, heat, etc., and having a beautiful green appearance by using an oil-soluble natural green colorant. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is obtained by formulating a seed oil of a plant of the genus Vitis as the natural green colorant with the oily or the water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic. The resultant cosmetic has the high safety and the appearance assuming the beautiful green color and is stable even to the light, heat, etc. Vitis labrusca L. is preferably used as the plant of the genus Vitis.
