BLEACHING AGENT COMPOSITION, HAIR DYE COMPOSITION AND HAIR STRAIGHTER COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bleaching agent composition capable of reducing a pungent odor, a hair dye composition and a hair straighter composition. SOLUTION: This bleaching agent composition which is mixed with an oxidizing agent and used comprises (a) a volatile alkali agent, (b) a higher alcohol, (c) a surfactant and (d) water. The pungent odor of the bleaching agent composition is reduced by making the composition include >=5 vol.% of liquid crystal structure composed of the component (b), the component (c) and the component (d) and incorporating a smell component in the liquid crystal structure. This hair dye composition comprises the bleaching agent composition and a dye. This hair straighter comprises a reducing agent-containing first agent and an oxidizing agent-containing second agent in which the first agent of the hair straighter comprises the components (a) to (d) and >=5 vol.% of liquid crystal structure.
