PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of replacing water with air smoothly at the time of feedwater in such a structure that a filler neck made of a resin is connected with the side of the tank made of a metal of mainly a parallel flow type radiator. SOLUTION: A thin interconnecting pipe 5 is provided between the top part in a tank 1 and the opening 4 of the filler neck 3a, and the interconnecting pipe 5 is formed in such a manner that both end parts rise upward to the middle.
