<p>A passenger safety restraint for a fairground ride, e. g. a roller coaster, has individual rigid back supports which are fitted with two rigid side arms and a flexible lap belt. The belt is wide and has a separate clasp which includes a remote locking and release control. The back and side arms can be made as one module and the seat has a moulded shape for optimum support. The separate seats can be arranged side by side as well as in rows.</p> |
