PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft magnetic alloy superior in usability which does not clog a molten metal nozzle, can be manufactured through rapidly cooling from a molten alloy in an ambient atmosphere, and can reduce manufacturing cost, and provide a manufacturing method therefor and a magnetic core using the same. SOLUTION: The soft magnetic alloy is characterized by having precipitated fine crystal grains by heat treatment in the alloy mainly consisting of an amorphous material, which is obtained by rapid cooling in an ambient atmosphere from the molten alloy having the composition formula of T100-a-b-c Ma Xb Nbc , where T indicates at least one or more elements of Fe, Co and Ni, M indicates at least one or more elements of V, Mn, Mo, Ta, W and Cr, X indicates at least one or more elements of B, P and C, and a, b, and c indicates composition ratios and are in ranges of, by atom.%, 0<=a<=3, 2<=b<=18, and 4<=c<=8. |
