PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the conventional problem that when a pressurizing mechanism (a cylinder member) and a coating fluid tank are separated from each other, a blocking body made of a silicone rubber is exposed and impaired by an inadvertent operation, for example, injuring the blocking body by an impact caused when it is brought into contact with a desk surface or hurting the blocking body by the tip of the coating fluid tank to be replaced and that the pressurizing force is whittled away and consequently the stable discharge of the fluid is not obtained, when the applicator with the impaired blocking body is used. SOLUTION: This applicator is of such a construction that a replaceable ink reservoir is arranged forward of the pressurizing mechanism with a valve which can be opened and closed and a coating part is arranged at the forward end of the ink reservoir. The valve is wrapped with a cover member of a harder material than that of the valve and a through hole is formed in the cover member. |
