PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the safety of a motor-driven device using a motor as a drive source by realizing an accurate limitation of motor current matching machine side operating characteristics to prevent force more than necessary from occurring. SOLUTION: The limit value of the motor 1 is specified by a graph in which points M, N, and O specified by L1 slightly surpassing I1 and L2 slightly surpassing I2 are connected to each other for upward current value, points P, Q, and R specified by L3 slightly surpassing I3 and L4 slightly surpassing I4 are connected to each other for downward current value, and L4 is used at speeds exceeding rated speeds of N1 and N2. Thus damage to machine portions caused by raising a load heavier than a rated load, operational risk caused by raising a heavy load, damage to the machine portions due to occurrence of excessive pressing force, and operational risk caused by that damage can be prevented. |
