PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a light diffusing film by which the reflection angle of external light can be shifted from the glair angle and visibility can be significantly improved. SOLUTION: A photosensitive resin layer 2 is formed on the surface of a transparent substrate 1 and the photosensitive resin layer 2 is exposed by irradiating with UV rays while a photomask 4 is disposed with a proximity gap from the photosensitive resin layer 2 of the transparent substrate 1. Then the proximity gap of the photomask 4, the position of the mask to the transparent substrate 1 and the irradiation energy of UV rays are varied and the resin layer is exposed at least once. The layer 2 is developed to form a rugged pattern having the function of varying angles on the surface of a light diffusing film 5. |
