PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vermin-controlling microencapsulated composition excellent in an instantaneously effective property, effectiveness-sustaining property and also alkali resistance in the control of the harmful organisms such as harmful insects to a wood, outside parasitic worms to an animal, etc. SOLUTION: This composition contains microcapsules containing a vermin- controlling ingredient. The concentration of the vermin-controlling ingredient except for the membrane component in the microcapsules is 15-80%, and the ratio of the mean particle diameter/membrane thickness is 900-2,000.
