PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking nut and locking fastening structure using the same capable of easily and surely locking with a simple structure. SOLUTION: In one set of a locking nut used and assembled together with a bolt 50, a fitting recessed portion 25 having a circular shape in a plane view is arranged at a periphery of a screw hole 23 with which the bolt 50 is engaged with one nut 20, and a fitting projected portion 35 fitted with the fitting recessed portion 25 is arranged at a periphery of a screw hole 33 with which the bolt 50 is engaged with other nut 30. A fitting shaft 41 as a central axis of a fitting portion 45 making the fitting recessed portion 25 and fitting projected portion 35 fitted and axes 40 and 40 of screw holes as central axes of one and other screw holes are arranged to be eccentric from the fitting shaft 41 in an equal amount, respectively.
