PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of outputting telephone directory data obtained from a portable terminal in an easily seen output form. SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus arranges telephone directory data obtained from a portable terminal 143 per telephone number with the order of the attribution information thereof (such as the name and the company name) changed (step S5), and forms an image of the arranged telephone directory data on a paper and outputs the same (step S9). Then, the outputted papers are bound to be a book (step S10).
