PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bamboo material processing apparatus capable of obtaining a processed bamboo material excellent in homogeneity by decomposing a bamboo into every vascular bundle constituting the bamboo and removing a fleshy part stuck around the vascular bundle. SOLUTION: The bamboo material processing apparatus 1 is constituted of a pressing part 20 equipped with a pressing roller 21 for pressing divided material of the bamboo in a direction crossing a longitudinal direction of the bamboo, a first processing parts 30 wherein at least one or more first processing rollers 31 equipped with many narrow grooves parallel to the longitudinal direction of the bamboo and disposed as a pair above and below a conveying route 2 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the bamboo and a second processing part 40 wherein many narrow grooves 42 of a narrower groove than the narrow groove of the first processing roller 31 are provided and at least one or more of second processing rollers 41 making a pair above and below the conveying route 2 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the bamboo. A fleshy part around the vascular bundle constituting the bamboo is removed by using such the bamboo material processing apparatus 1 and the processed bamboo material comprising one piece or several pieces of the vascular bundle is obtained.
