PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording head for recording ink images, a manufacturing method for the same and an ink jet recorder with the same in which high-quality printing is formed with a uniform velocity of each flow of ink supplied from an ink supply hole to an ink pressure liquid chamber and ink supply ports are easily formed from the side of a discrete electrode substrate. SOLUTION: The ink jet recording head comprises a plurality of ink nozzle holes 1, a plurality of ink pressure liquid chambers 2, an ink pressure liquid chamber substrate 4 which forms a diaphragm 3, the discrete driving electrode substrate 6 where discrete driving electrodes 5 are formed, a fluid resistance 7 which makes ink hard to return when ink liquid drops are discharged, a common ink liquid chamber 8 formed to the ink pressure liquid chamber substrate 4, and the ink supply hole 9 arranged to supply ink by an equal path length I of the ink flow to each of the ink pressure liquid chambers 2 via the common ink liquid chamber.
