PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out rearrangement of lenses held in a lens-holding member, without causing damages to components. SOLUTION: A lens driving device is provided with a lens-holding member 50, which is freely guided back and forth by a guide member 30 fixed to a base 10 and extended in the optical axis direction, and holds lenses G1-G5, and performs focusing operation. In the lens-driving device, the lens-holding member 50 is constituted, so as to include a cylindrical member 53 which allows insertion of the lenses G3-G5 from the front side in the optical axis direction, and a holding member 54 which is freely arranged detachably, with the lenses inserted into the cylindrical member 53 being pressed and held. Thereby, when the assembly is defective, the holding member 54 is removed and the lenses can be rearranged easily.
