The manufacuring method has an equalization or sealing element (5) for the end of the shaft ring (4) fixed to an upper cuff (2) of a shaft ring formation device (1), used for formation of the shaft ring end, so that it is held above the latter and lowered into the concrete at the shaft ring end, during alternating pivot movement through a given pivot axis relative to the longitidunal axis (4a) of the shaft ring. An Independent claim for a device for manufacture of concrete shaft rings is also included.
