PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ink from leaking from the rear part of an ink tank when an impact is applied to a writing utensil or the ball comes off or the writing utensil is placed under high temperature environments. SOLUTION: An ink leakage is prevented from occurring by bringing a movable plug and a barrier into contact with each other and closing them airtightly. |
