PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the front fork structure of a motorcycle allowing compact layout of a headlight in a front side of a front fork and capable of sufficiently securing a space for wires. SOLUTION: This front fork structure of a motorcycle has an inner tube fitting hole 15 in both ends of right and left of an under bracket 5 arranged in an upper side of a front wheel. Inner tubes 7 of both sides of right and left of the front wheel are respectively inserted into the inner tube fitting holes 15, and held for fixation, and a steering shaft 10 is fixed to the under bracket 5 at a central part in the upper side thereof. A vertical slit 16 is formed in a lower part of a side surface of the inner tube fitting hole 15, and this slit part 16 is fastened by a bolt 17 passing through the slit part 16 from a rear side thereof in the front and rear direction.
