PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier device for stacked booklets capable of stacking the booklets carried by high-speed carrying means and carrying them to low- speed carrying means moving at low speed without collapsing the stack by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This carrier device for the stacked booklets is provided with booklet sending means 6 receiving the booklets carried from the high-speed carrying means one by one and stacking and sending a prescribed number of them, booklet pushing means 7 receiving the stacked booklets sent from the booklet sending means 6 and pushingly moving the booklets, and the low- speed carrying means receiving the booklets pushingly moved from the booklet pushing means 7 and carrying the booklets at low speed. The speed of returning the booklet pushing means after pushing the booklets to a waiting position is set to high and the speed of the booklet pushing means in pushing the booklets to be obtained by the high speed is set to low.
