PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for forming a slope frame, and its construction method that can seed and plant in conformity to surrounding environment by securing sufficient water flow between grid sections vertically adjacent along a slope, to allow plants growing wild in the circumference, to grow naturally in a grid frame while allowing various seeds and roots to intrude and grow over a grid. SOLUTION: This form 1 for forming a slope frame comprises a pair of mesh forms 2 and a plurality of main separators 3 for connecting the mesh forms 2. The main separator 3 comprises upper and lower cross bars 6 and vertical bars 7 fixed to the cross bars 6, and the upper and lower cross bars 6 are rotatably mounted to each mesh form 2. The lower part of the mesh form 2 between a plurality of main separators 3 is provided with a cavity part forming form 5 extended over both mesh forms 2.
