PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the supporting performance of an optical part in a surface- fitting process. SOLUTION: The surface-fitting mechanism is provided with a tilt table 123, which holds an optical part, a table fixing device 180 which supports a fixed face 184 that is formed on the tilt table 123, a pressing means 172 that forms a pressing face 182 on which the table fixing device 180 presses the fixing face 184, and at least three arm members 173 one end side of which is supported by a prescribed base table and the other end side is inserted between the fixing face 184 and the pressing face 182 and whose the arms transfer of which the tightening force from the energizing face 182 to the fixing face 184.
