PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the application of strong force to an installing part of a wristwatch case and a connecting member by flexibly bending a band to the wristwatch case. SOLUTION: This band installing structure connects a band piece 14 of an end part of the band 12 to the wristwatch case 1 by the connecting member 13. A first cylindrical part 24 on one end of the connecting member 13 is turnably installed in the wristwatch case 1, a second cylindrical part 25 on the other end is inserted and turnably installed in the band piece 14, and the first and second cylindrical parts 24 and 25 are mutually approached. Thus, when bending the band 12 to the wristwatch case 1, since the connecting member 13 turns with the first cylindrical part 24 as the center and the band piece 14 of the band 12 turns with the second cylindrical part 25 of the connecting member 13 as the center, the band 12 can be flexibly bent to the wristwatch case 1, and since the connecting member 13 and the band piece 14 do not operate as a lever like a conventional example, the strong force is not applied to a spring bar 26.
