PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony whose exterior has a sense of integration and which realizes smooth entrance/exit by making an indoor floor surface of the balcony approximately flush with a floor surface of the balcony. SOLUTION: A base plate material 16 having a weathered slope is placed on a balcony foundation material 12 via a waterproof membrane 14, and a floor facing material 21 is placed on the material 16 via a floor-height adjusting member 20, capable of individual height adjustment, in such a manner that the floor surface 3 of an indoor space is approximately flush with the floor surface 4 of the balcony. Additionally, a drain gutter 18 is provided between an exterior wall of a dwelling and the material 16.
