PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fold an upper leader along the base machine side of a lower leader to lock it with lightweight and simple structure. SOLUTION: The upper leader 7 is hinge-connected to the upper end of the lower leader 6 foldably along the base machine side of the lower leader 6, and a lock mechanism 12 is provided for locking the folded upper leader 7 to the lower leader 6. A leader in the standing-up state is brought down over the nearly horizontal state, and connection between the upper leader 7 and the lower leader 6 is released to erect the lower leader 6 in the nearly vertical state. The upper leader 7 is thereby folded along the lower leader 6, and the upper leader 7 is locked to the lower leader 6 to shorten the whole length of the leader 5.
