PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slime remover for a drain outlet excellent in safety and handling property, causing no degradation and corrosion of the material of the drain outlet, and capable of obtaining quick slime removal effect, and a gadget capable of simply installed on an drain outlet for slime removal using the slime remover. SOLUTION: This slime remover is formulated usingε-polylysine, triclosan, diclosan, undecylenic acid, zinc undecylenate, phenoxy ethanol, dimethyldimethylol hydantoin, or zinc gluconate, and a base material, and it is kept in a chemicals container 2 having more than one slit type drain inlets 8 from a lid on the upper surface along the outer periphery of the main body, more than one solution and vent gas outlets 6 at the upper part of the inner periphery, more than one circular solution outlets 9 on the bottom surface, and a plurality of engaging fitting parts 7.
