A regulator of Calcineurin is provided, which is based on a splice variant of the catalytic subunit of Calcineurin. Preferably the catalytic subunit is the β-form, γ-form and/or α-form of this subunit. The invention comprises the regulator and a substance, which influences the stimulating activity of the regulator, as active agents for the treatment of diseases, which are preferably connected with a disturbance of Calcineurin activity. |
