<p>A rotary compressor of an on-vehicle refrigerator, comprising a rotary compressor and a motor stored in a closed container and a drive device for controlling the motor, the motor further comprising a rotor having a rotor core and a neodymium-based permanent magnet buried in the rotor core, wherein the shaft of the motor is pivotally supported by a bearingless canti-lever structure and connected to the shaft of the compressor, a groove is provided axially in the inner surface of a bearing portion pivotally supporting the shaft of the motor by the bearingless canti-lever structure, and lubricating oil of at least 36.6% of the substantial space volume of the closed container is stored in the closed container.</p> |
