<p>These connecting rods (10) are made from prealloyed manganese, sulfur, ferrous based powder. The prealloyed powder then is mixed with copper and carbon. The copper content is at higher than normal copper contents. The resulting forged connecting rods (10) had an improvement in tensile strength and an improvement in fatigue strength.</p> |
