<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary member for a handrail formable as a scaffold quiet in execution work, and having high safety by improving a wedge method having many advantages in the aspect of workability and strength. SOLUTION: This temporary member for the handrail is installed by using an inserting part of a column in the scaffold, and is composed of a horizontal member and a diagonal member obliquely extending from one end of the horizontal member, and has connecting metal fittings on both ends of the horizontal member and the tip of the diagonal member. The connecting metal fittings are composed of a fixing part having a downward claw insertable into the inserting part, and a wedge part driven between the claw and the inserting part by penetrating in the vertical direction through an upper surface of the fixing part. The diagonal member is rotatably joined to the horizontal member.</p> |
