PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner having dehumidifying function, raising cooled air having a humidity of 100% to the optimum temperature without deteriorating a thermal efficiency and without necessitating any complicated and delicate control. SOLUTION: The air conditioner is provided with a refrigerant compressing circuit (CR) in which a compressor (3), a condenser (Hx1) and an evaporator (Hx2) are interposed; and a hot-water heat exchanger (Hx5) while the compressor (3) is driven by a thermal engine (Pg). The hot-water heat exchanger (Hx5) is constituted so that a quantity of heat owned by hot discharging water of the thermal engine (Pg) for driving the compressor (3) is supplied to air cooled by the evaporator (Hx2). |
