PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus to be mounted on an outdoor unit of an air conditioner for saving energy by rotating a fan by utilizing air flow of the outdoor unit and sprinkling cold water of drain onto a fin of a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a blade rotated by inflow wind, a pipe for dropping drain water onto the blade and a main body on which the blade is mounted. |
